iPad Insurance Claims

Submitting a claim

Claims submitted 14 days or more after the damage has occurred are not covered by the insurance policy.

If your child’s iPad is stolen or damaged an insurance claim will be necessary.


Once submitted, the IT Support team will send an email to your child's form tutor who will inform your child that the claim has been verified and that they can now drop off their iPad at reception.


After our insurers return the iPad, IT Support will set up the iPad and deliver it to your child during form.


Please note that the following are not covered by the insurance policy:


  • Deliberate damage e.g. caused by carelessness
  • Theft of an unattended iPad
  • iPads damaged whilst not in a protective case
